Cancel anytime

Open ScoreX while signed in and click Manage plan. That opens Stripe. Cancel stops the next renewal. You keep access through the period you already paid. If ScoreX is not installed yet, email hello@scoresetup.com from the checkout address.

Refunds

If ScoreX never ran on your PC, email hello@scoresetup.com within 7 days of the first charge with the checkout email and we will refund that first charge.

After you have signed in and used ScoreX, or after 7 days, the current period is not refunded. Yearly plans are not prorated after that window.

Chargebacks

Email us first. A chargeback on a working key may close the account.

Install problems

Windows SmartScreen and some antivirus tools warn on a new publisher. Unzip Score Hub, choose More info → Run anyway, and install the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime if Windows asks. If you still cannot install, email us within the 7-day window.
