Privacy Policy
Effective 3 October 2026.
What we collect
- Checkout email, plan, and Stripe customer/subscription IDs.
- Product key, username, password hash (not the password), and a PC fingerprint so the key stays on one computer.
- Order and license records in our Cloudflare D1 database.
- Store event logs (checkout started, order fulfilled, sign-in, Hub unlock, billing portal, server errors) with time, IP, and a short status — not quiz contents, not passwords, not product keys.
What stays on your PC
ScoreX stores local settings, logs, a session study bank, and a dedicated Chrome profile under your Windows user folder. Saved login is encrypted for that Windows user. We do not receive quiz page contents, Lens text, or your school password.
Processors
Stripe processes cards. Resend sends the key email. Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Google Chrome and Google Lens run on your PC under your Google account in the ScoreX Chrome profile.
Why we use it
To sell the subscription, deliver the key, bind one PC, reset a password or move PCs when you ask, open billing from a signed-in ScoreX session, catch abuse, and support you at hello@scoresetup.com.
Retention
License and order records stay while the subscription can be renewed or disputed. You can uninstall and delete local data from Score Hub. Email us to close the account on the server.
No sale of data
We do not sell your email or account. We do not run ads on the site.
