Account in Hub
Download the Score Hub zip, unzip it (Extract All), then run ScoreHub.exe. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway. Create account with the key, a username, and a password, then Install ScoreX. If Windows asks for .NET 8, install the Desktop Runtime, then run Hub again.

Open Score Hub, log in, and click Manage plan. That opens Stripe so you can update the card, switch monthly/yearly, or cancel.

Straight answers
Can I start monthly and switch?
Yes. Start monthly if you are unsure. Switch to yearly from Score Hub → Manage plan when you know you will use it past one billing cycle.
What if I only have one class left?
Monthly exists for that. Do not pay $499.99 for three weeks.
Have a seller code?
Enter it in the promo field at checkout. The discount is applied before you pay. If the code is wrong, checkout stops so you can fix it.
Two computers?
No. One key, one username, one PC. That is the product.
When does the key die?
When the Stripe subscription is no longer paid. ScoreX checks on sign-in.
I already bought Score or Score Lite.
Same key. Create a ScoreX account in Hub with that key, then install ScoreX.
Does this run on a phone?
The site does. The app is Windows 10 or 11 only. Buy from your phone; install on the PC.
What does the yellow ! on Chrome mean?
ScoreX opens its own Chrome window with its own profile. Everyday Chrome sign-in does not count. A yellow ! next to the profile means that Google account is not verified yet. Finish verification, then open the quiz and press Start.
What if the email is slow?
The key is on the thanks page after checkout. Save it there, then download Score Hub.
Who can buy?
People 18 or older located in the United States. Checkout is a contract. You agree to the Terms before Stripe charges the card.
Is this allowed at my school?
That is your school’s rule, not ours. If your honor code, syllabus, or exam rules forbid unauthorized assistance, do not use ScoreX on that work. We do not authorize academic dishonesty, other people’s accounts, or proctored / lockdown exams. We are not affiliated with Canvas, McGraw Hill, or Google. See the Terms.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not promised. Email hello@scoresetup.com from the checkout address and tell us what happened. We decide each request. Cancel anytime from Score Hub → Manage plan; that stops the next charge and leaves access through the period already paid. Uninstalling does not cancel billing. Refund Policy.
How do I uninstall?
Open Score Hub → Products → Uninstall all Score apps. That removes ScoreX, older Score apps, Score Hub, shortcuts, saved keys, and local data on this PC. Your plan stays until you cancel it in Score Hub → Manage plan.
Forgot password or new PC?
Reset password or move to a new PC. We email a 2-hour link to the checkout address. Support.
How do I report a bug?
In ScoreX open the error log and Copy log. Email it to hello@scoresetup.com with your checkout email. See Support.
